1. General provisions
1.1. This NETWAVE.TODAY Acceptable Use Policy defines access procedures, permitted uses, restrictions, infrastructure safeguards and grounds for temporarily restricting or terminating access.
1.2. This Policy forms part of the Service's terms and applies together with the Public Offer, Privacy Policy, Payment and Refund Policy and other documents published in the Service interface.
1.3. Using the Service means that the User has read this Policy, understands it and accepts its terms.
1.4. If the User disagrees with this Policy, they must stop using the Service.
1.5. Access is provided through the official @netwave_today_bot Telegram bot and the Service's account interface.
2. Purpose of the Service
2.1. The Service provides technical access to NETWAVE.TODAY server infrastructure under a selected plan or trial period.
2.2. The Service is provided for the User's personal, good-faith use for lawful purposes.
2.3. The User is responsible for choosing devices, software and networks and for correctly configuring access.
2.4. The Service does not guarantee availability of every website, app, internet resource or external platform. Availability may depend on third parties, internet providers, telecommunications operators, resource owners, device limitations and other circumstances beyond the Service's control.
3. Traffic and fair use
3.1. For paid plans described as including unlimited traffic, the Service does not set a predetermined data transfer allowance within the paid period.
3.2. Unlimited traffic means there is no commercial data volume limit for ordinary personal use. It does not permit malicious, excessive, automated or abusive loads on the Service's infrastructure, third-party networks or external internet resources.
3.3. The Service must not be used for continuous automated traffic generation, network attacks, bulk messaging, network scanning, evading third-party restrictions in breach of their rules, public gateways, access resale, mining, botnet activity or other activities outside ordinary personal use.
3.4. The Service does not analyse transmitted content or log visited internet resources. It may use technical metrics necessary to operate infrastructure, verify active subscriptions, device counts and connection status, prevent overload and protect against abuse.
3.5. If abnormal load, technical misuse, third-party complaints, network abuse or risks to infrastructure stability are detected, the Service may temporarily restrict access while investigating.
3.6. If the investigation finds that the load arose from ordinary good-faith use, access is restored without penalties.
4. Devices and access keys
4.1. Access is provided through individual connection keys, configurations or other technical settings generated automatically by the Service.
4.2. Users must keep access keys confidential and must not share them with third parties.
4.3. The number of devices available under a subscription is determined by the selected plan and displayed in the Service interface.
4.4. Sharing keys with third parties, publishing them openly, sharing a subscription beyond the plan's terms, reselling access or providing public access through one subscription is prohibited.
4.5. All actions performed using the User's access keys are deemed to have been performed by the User unless proved otherwise.
5. Prohibited activities
5.1. The User must not use the Service for activities that violate Russian law, third-party rights or external services' rules.

• unsolicited bulk messaging, spam, phishing, fraudulent messages or automated account registration;
• distributing material that violates the law, third-party rights, copyright or related rights;
• operating public proxy gateways, reselling access, sharing subscriptions with an unrestricted group or providing commercial access through one user subscription;
• actions threatening the stability, security or reputation of the Service's infrastructure;
• other actions that may result in claims against the Service, server blocking, degraded service for other Users or breaches of applicable law.
5.3. The User must not attempt to circumvent technical restrictions, device limits, authentication rules, safeguards, payment logic or other system limitations.
6. Restriction and termination of access
6.1. The Service may temporarily restrict, suspend or permanently terminate access if the User violates this Policy, the Public Offer or other Service documents.
6.2. Access may be restricted temporarily without prior notice if the User's actions threaten security, infrastructure stability or other Users' normal operation, or may result in third-party claims.
6.3. For serious or repeated violations, the Service may terminate access without refunding the remaining subscription period where the violation involves unlawful use, sharing access with third parties, network abuse, malicious activity or deliberate circumvention of technical restrictions.
6.4. Refunds in cases not involving a User violation are considered under the Public Offer and the Payment and Refund Policy.
6.5. The Service may refuse further service to a User who repeatedly violates the Policy, threatens infrastructure or uses the Service in bad faith.
7. Maintenance and availability
7.1. The Service takes reasonable measures to maintain stable infrastructure and server availability.
7.2. Temporary limitations may arise due to maintenance, updates, failures or the actions of hosting providers, telecommunications operators, payment systems, external platforms or other third parties.
7.3. Where possible, Users are notified of planned maintenance through available communication channels.
7.4. The Service may change available locations, connection settings, routing, server infrastructure or other technical elements where necessary to maintain stability, security or service quality.
8. User support
8.1. Users may contact support about payments, access, configuration, renewals, account operation and other Service features.
8.2. Support requests are handled within a reasonable time, taking into account complexity, current workload and any technical investigation required.
8.3. Support is not responsible for malfunctioning devices, third-party apps, operating systems, the User's internet provider network or external internet resources.
8.4. To help resolve issues promptly, the User must provide accurate information: a description, device and app details, the approximate time of the error and other technical information needed for diagnosis.
