1. General provisions
1.1. This Privacy Policy (the Policy) defines how NETWAVE.TODAY (the Service) handles user information. It has been prepared with regard to Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006, On Personal Data, and the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
1.2. This document governs the relationship between the Service and individuals (the User) interacting with it through the official Telegram bot @netwave_today_bot.
1.3. Before using the Service, the User undertakes to read this Policy and the technical information processing terms carefully.
1.4. Starting to use the Service confirms the User's full and unconditional acceptance of all terms of this Policy.
1.5. If the User objects to any provision of this Policy, they must immediately stop interacting with the Service.
1.6. The Service does not collect or process names, surnames, addresses, contact details or other information directly identifying a person. Processing is limited to technical account and device identifiers necessary to perform the contract under Article 6, paragraph 5 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
2. Definitions
2.1. Personal data means information directly or indirectly relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
2.2. Personal data processing means operations on personal data, automated or otherwise, including accumulation, organisation, storage, modification, use, dissemination, anonymisation, blocking and destruction.
2.3. Automated processing means performing data operations using computing equipment and software.
2.4. Telegram bot means the software operating within Telegram that provides access to the Service at @netwave_today_bot.
2.5. User means an individual with legal capacity who uses the Service in accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
2.6. A technical device identifier consists of device characteristics automatically transmitted when connecting to the Service: device name, operating system type and version. Together with account credentials, it is used to link devices to a subscription.
3. Personal data processing principles
3.1. The Service does not collect or process names, surnames, addresses, contact details or other information directly identifying a person. Processing is limited to technical account and device identifiers necessary to perform the contract under Article 6, paragraph 5 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

3.3. According to an official clarification by the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media, a numerical Telegram ID without additional information does not identify a specific individual and is not classified as personal data.
3.4. The Service does not request, collect or retain Users' surnames, first names, patronymics, contact details, residential or registered addresses, passport details, income information or other personal particulars.
3.5. Users' payment information and bank card details are not provided to the Service. Transactions are processed through certified payment systems complying with PCI DSS security standards.
4. Purposes of processing
4.1. Technical identifiers are used solely for the following purposes:
5. Processing and storage conditions
5.1. Technical identifiers are retained in the Service's technical database solely to operate authentication and automatic server access management. Device identifiers are stored during the subscription term and deleted within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the contractual relationship ends or upon the User's request.
5.2. NETWAVE.TODAY guarantees that technical identifiers will not be transferred, sold or provided to third parties except where expressly required by the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
5.3. When discontinuing the Service, the User may request deletion of their data from the technical database.
5.4. The Service uses organisational and technical measures to protect stored information against unauthorised access, modification or destruction.
6. Security
6.1. NETWAVE.TODAY implements legal, organisational and technical measures to protect technical information against unlawful or accidental access, modification, blocking, copying, destruction or disclosure.
6.2. Security measures include, but are not limited to, database encryption, access controls for server equipment, regular information system security audits and data backups.
6.3. Access to technical databases is restricted to authorised staff to the extent necessary for their duties.
7. Data subject rights
7.1. The User may obtain comprehensive information about the processing of their technical data, except where federal law provides otherwise. The Service provides requested information in an accessible and understandable form.
7.2. The User may request correction, blocking or deletion of technical information that is outdated, incomplete, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained or unnecessary for the stated processing purposes.
7.3. If a legal violation is identified, the User may request that the Service stop processing technical information.
7.4. The User may at any time request cessation of processing, blocking and deletion of technical information relating to them, at their discretion and without giving reasons.
7.5. To exercise these rights, the User submits a request through support in the @netwave_today_bot Telegram bot or the feedback form on the Service's official website.
8. Disclosure to third parties
8.1. Technical information is disclosed to third parties only in the following cases:
8.2. NETWAVE.TODAY does not transfer, sell or provide technical information for commercial purposes without the User's consent.
9. Data retention
9.1. Users' technical information is processed and stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this Policy, for the period required by applicable law, or for the duration of the contractual relationship between the Service and the User.
9.2. At the end of these periods, or upon the User's request, technical information is deleted or anonymised.
9.3. The Service reserves the right to retain anonymised statistical information for analysis and service improvement.
10. Policy changes
10.1. NETWAVE.TODAY may unilaterally amend this Policy, including when applicable law, the Service's functionality or its technology changes.
10.2. When the document is amended, its update date is indicated. The revised Policy takes effect upon publication in the official @netwave_today_bot Telegram bot unless the revised version specifies otherwise.
10.3. The User must monitor the current version of this Policy independently by periodically reviewing its contents.
10.4. Continued use after publication of an updated Policy constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the changes.
