How do I connect?
Open My account → My subscription → Connect a device. Then follow the step-by-step guide to see which app to install and how to connect.
Which apps are used to connect?
Connections use HAPP and INCY. Your account will show the recommended option and instructions for your device.
What if the app does not connect automatically?
Open My subscription and copy the connection link. You can add it to HAPP or INCY manually.
How do I pay for a subscription?
Choose a plan and a payment method in your account. Options include the Faster Payments System (SBP), bank cards and cryptocurrency. Available methods are always shown before payment.
How does auto-renewal work?
If auto-renewal is enabled and your balance is sufficient, an active subscription renews automatically. If your subscription has already expired, top up your balance and select Renew subscription in your account.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows, macOS, Linux, Apple TV and Android TV. Follow the guide in your account to connect.
Do I need to pay separately for each device?
No. You can use one subscription on your own devices without paying separately for each one.
Do I need to reconnect after renewal?
No. Your existing connection continues to work after a normal renewal. Reconnect a device only if necessary or if your previous subscription was deleted.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Access to the service stops. You can renew in your account. If 7 days have passed since expiry and the subscription has been permanently deleted, the old connection no longer works: you need a new subscription and must connect again.
What if I cannot connect?
Try connecting again using the guide in your account. If the problem persists, contact @netwavetoday support and we will help.
